How we work

NanniesDubai has extensive experience in the UAE market and can greatly assist you to find a suitable candidate in a short space of time.

We have a really easy and hassle free process for placing the right candidate with your family, the following outlines our procedure:

  • You can contact us directly or download our application form at the bottom of the page. This will provide us with your details and all your listed requirements for a nanny or housemaid
  • The completed and signed form will need to be returned to us with the once off agency payment. (The payment provides you with our placement service which is valid for one year from initial signing, this includes the placement of a new nanny or housemaid should your initial candidate leave the position during this period)
  • Once we have received the signed contract with your full payment we will begin the selection process for a suitable candidate. We are able to start sending candidates to you within five working days
  • NanniesDubai will continue to provide you with candidates until you have selected someone that you have found to be suitable

By signing this I hereby certify that the above answers are true and that we agree to the terms set forth in the Employer Agreement below.

Employer and Agency Agreement :

Agreement between  * (herein referred to as "Employer" or "You") and Gulf HR Solutions FZE (herein referred to as "Company" or "We"). NanniesDubai is the Authorised Domestic division of Gulf HR Solutions FZE, a registered business in the UAE.

Employer understands and acknowledges that the Company is not an agent or representative of the Candidate and that the Company is not in any way liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury which Employer or any other person may suffer or incur as a result of the wrongful acts, omissions, or negligence of the Candidate.

Company will begin introducing suitable candidates to the client within 5 working days of signing this agreement and after the Employer has paid the fee of AED 3000. AED 3000 is a non-refundable Processing Fee. Should the company be unable to fill its obligation of introducing candidates within 5 working days, Employer will be eligible for a full refund.

Employer shall notify Company immediately of the acceptance of an offer of employment by an applicant

Company warranties Your Candidate agreement for 12 months from the date of signature, If within that time You find the Candidate to be unsatisfactory, or, if the Candidate should resign, We will attempt to provide a qualified replacement at no extra charge.

Company is a referral service and shall not be liable for any damages caused by any Candidate referred to Employer. The Employer agrees that Company is not responsible for events beyond their control. Company is not liable for the acts and/or the omissions of the Candidate. Company is not liable for any claims of whatever nature the Candidate may have against the Employer and the Employer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all such claims.

The Employer agrees that if the Company finds that the Candidate is being subjected to exploitative conditions in the Employer's household, as determined by the Company in its sole judgment, We may withdraw the Candidate from the household. In said event, the Employer shall not be entitled to replacement or refunds of the Candidate Placement Fee.

Employer shall refrain from making any private agreement with the Candidate or from taking any action which is inconsistent with this agreement or which has the effect of avoiding any of the Employer's obligations herein. Such private agreements and actions include, but are not limited to, actions which would enable the Employer or any other person to avoid payment of the registration fees due to Company, for example, if the Employer refers the name of the Candidate to another person who subsequently employs the Candidate. You are liable to Company for all damages in the event you refer any Candidate to a third party.

Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the judgment upon the award of the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
